Accessibility

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to read our service menu, find our hours, and reach us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we have done

• Every page works with the keyboard alone, and a “Skip to content” link is provided.
• All images carry text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Price tables name their columns for screen readers, and cash and card prices are labelled separately.
• Animation is switched off automatically for visitors who ask their device to reduce motion.
• The site is readable without JavaScript, including the full price list.
• Pages use proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and would rather tell you than leave you to discover it:

• Some text set in our gold brand colour does not meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio against a light background. This affects certain links and labels, including the phone number and address shown in body text. The same information is available in the site footer and can be read aloud by a screen reader.
• The Google Maps view on the contact page is provided by Google and we do not control its accessibility. Our full address is given as text next to it.
